Blue Star - Concert programme

Václav Marek and His Blue Star offers following programme:

Black and white songs
the concert program consisting of more than twenty film hits of 30s and 40s. The guide of the evening is an admirer of old Czech movies, author of books about Natasha Goll and other stars of The Silver Screen, presenter and writer Aleš Cibulka. He is the one who tells you dozens of interesting things related to the filmmaking of the time (more information can be found on the poster).

Several wishes or I am really fond of life
Concert consists of the most popular hits of Czechoslovak swing and dancing music from 30. -40. of twentieth century (e.g. Only for today; Sunflower; The girl in blue; Please, tell it noiselessly to me; Thank you, it was lovely and others).

Alexander’s Ragtime Band
Concert show full of American evergreens from the first half of twentieth century with regard to its Czech equivalent (e.g. I got Rhythm; Sentimental journey; Sweet Sue; Blue Moon; Oh, Lady Be Good and others).

Blue Star of Christmas
Special concert with programme devoted to Christmas holidays or what type of music rang not only during the Christmas of the first republic (e.g. White Christmas, Jingle Bells, December and snow; Let It Snow, and others).
